By accessing or using the BuddyBro mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BuddyBro. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

BuddyBro is a carpooling platform that connects drivers and passengers in Jamshedpur for shared transportation. Our service includes:

• Ride matching between drivers and passengers
• In-app communication and coordination tools
• Payment processing for ride sharing
• Safety features and user verification
• Customer support services

To use BuddyBro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have a valid driver's license (for drivers)
• Have appropriate vehicle insurance (for drivers)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All users must adhere to our community guidelines:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Provide accurate information about rides and availability
• Arrive on time for scheduled rides
• Maintain cleanliness and appropriate behavior
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• Do not use the service for illegal activities
• Do not discriminate against other users

Drivers using BuddyBro must:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Maintain current vehicle registration and insurance
• Ensure their vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Maintain appropriate vehicle capacity limits
• Provide accurate vehicle and route information

Passengers using BuddyBro must:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
• Respect the driver's vehicle and property
• Follow the driver's reasonable requests
• Pay the agreed fare promptly
• Not bring prohibited items or substances
• Wear seatbelts when required by law
• Report any safety concerns immediately

Payment for rides is processed through our secure payment system:

• Fares are agreed upon before the ride begins
• Payment is processed automatically after ride completion
• BuddyBro may charge a service fee for platform usage
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes

Ride cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before scheduled departure
• Cancellations within 30 minutes may incur a fee
• No-shows may result in full fare charges
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case
• Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions

Safety is our top priority:

• All drivers must maintain valid insurance coverage
• Users should verify insurance coverage with their providers
• BuddyBro provides safety features but cannot guarantee safety
• Users participate in rides at their own risk
• Report safety concerns immediately through the app

BuddyBro's liability is limited as follows:

• We are a platform connecting users and are not a transportation provider
• Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions
• We are not liable for damages arising from user interactions
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• Users should maintain appropriate insurance coverage

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Safety violations or concerns
• Repeated policy violations
• Providing false information

Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Jharkhand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
